Told the district court - give the decision in 4 months
The High Court has given the district court of Mathura four months to conclude the hearing and render a decision. The first application requests that all matters now pending in the district court of Mathura be listed and heard simultaneously.
The second application requests that the Muslim side be barred from entering the disputed area. Shri Krishna owns 13.37 acres of land in Mathura, according to the petitioner's attorneys, Ramanand and Harshit Gupta. Sunni Waqf Board has taken over 2 acres of land from this. There was a demand to ban their interference.
Two separate applications
It's worth noting that Manish Yadav, the suit friend of the petitioner Lord Krishna Virajman, has filed two separate applications in the district court of Mathura. Both of these applications must be resolved within four months, according to the High Court.
In its original ruling, the High Court stated that haste is not appropriate in issues involving religious feelings. The trial court will establish the structure of the hearing based on the facts, according to the court. Justice Salil Kumar Rai presided over the hearing.
